A dispute regarding the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of intervening to attempt to resolve it.

      HOW TO PARTICIPATE
      1. No purchase necessary.
      2. The participant visits the Polylustre Facebook page or homepage or receives a sponsored post in their Facebook news feed.
      3. In the first case, the participant is invited to share the competition and then follow this link (https://www.polylustre.com) to register for the draw by entering their email address.

      DRAWING
      The prize will be drawn randomly using computer software from email entries on June 19, 2023 at 9 a.m.

      The system verifies email origins via IP addresses. Only one email address per IP address will be retained. This prevents people from registering using multiple email addresses.

      GENERAL REGULATIONS REGARDING THE AWARDING OF PRIZES
      1. In order to be declared a winner, any selected participant must:

By participating in this Contest, any entrant selected for a prize releases the Contest Organizers (Participating Merchants and Novi Marketing, Contest Administrator), any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, their advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, agents and representatives (the "Beneficiaries") from any liability for any damages that they may suffer as a result of accepting or using their prize.

The competition organizers reserve the right to disqualify a person or to cancel one or more entries of a person if he or she participates or attempts to participate in this competition using a means contrary to these rules or which is likely to be unfair to other participants (e.g. several comments under the same name).

Any attempt to deliberately damage this Contest website and/or any website linked to it or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempts be made, the Contest Organizers reserve the right to reject the entrant's entries and seek redress under the law.15.

      3. Operation of the Website. The competition organizers do not guarantee in any way that the competition website will be accessible or functional without interruption during the competition period or that it will be error-free.

      4. Limitation of Liability: Contest Operation. The recipients disclaim all liability for the malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, for the loss or absence of network communication or for any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or deleted by any computer or network, and which may limit or prevent any person from participating in the contest. The recipients also disclaim all liability for any damage or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any Internet page or software or otherwise and by the transmission of any information for participation in the contest.

      5. Modification of the competition. The competition organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, in whole or in part, this competition in the event that an event or any human intervention occurs that could alter or influence the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the competition as provided for in these rules, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools des courses et des jeux du
      Quebec, if required. The contest organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, in whole or in part, the rules of this contest.
      6. End of participation in the competition. In the event that the computer system is unable to record all entries in the competition during the competition period, for any reason whatsoever, or if participation in the competition should end in whole or in part before the closing date provided for in these rules, the draw may be made, at the discretion of the competition organizers, from among the entries duly recorded during the competition period or, where applicable, up to the date of the event that ended participation in the competition.
      7. Prize Limit. In any event, the competition organizers may not be required to award more prizes or to award a prize other than in accordance with these rules.
      8. Limitation of Liability: Participation in the Contest. By participating or attempting to participate in this Contest, any person releases the beneficiaries from any liability for any damages that they may suffer as a result of their participation or attempted participation in the Contest.
      9. Communication with Participants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with participants in connection with this competition other than in accordance with these rules or at the initiative of the competition organizers.
      10. Personal Information. Personal information collected about participants in this contest will be used to send them information, deals, promotions or other contests.
      11. Identification of the participant. For the purposes of these rules, the participant is the person whose name appears on the registration form or Facebook registration and it is to this person that the prize will be awarded if selected and declared the winner.
      12. Decision of the competition organizers. Any decision of the competition organizers or their representatives relating to this competition is final and without appeal, subject to any decision of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, concerning any matter falling within its jurisdiction.
      13. Severability of Paragraphs. If any paragraph of these Rules is declared or held to be illegal, unenforceable or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that paragraph shall be deemed to be void, but all other paragraphs not affected shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
