Delivery cost (Canada only)
Any order totaling $70 or more before taxes and after discounts benefits from free standard flat-rate shipping (2-9 business days) for the province of Quebec (except Iles-de-la-Madeleine), and Ontario. However, additional fees apply under the following two conditions:
- Delivery to Canada other than the provinces mentioned below.
- Delivery throughout Canada for orders weighing over 5 kg (8.8 lbs)

Delivery time
Orders may take 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship. Orders may include multiple packages and may arrive at different times within the delivery window. We cannot relay delivery instructions to the carrier.
Delivery address
Your order cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.
All orders will only be delivered to the customer's credit card holder's street address.
Order amounting to more than $500
The first time you place an order of $500 or more, you may be contacted by our customer service department via email or phone to provide us with identification to link your credit card. This policy has been implemented to protect our company and our customers from the increasing number of online identity thefts.
