RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased, or if you ordered a product in error, you can return it within 14 days of the date of purchase.

For a liquid cleaner, protector, or treatment product, the product must be in its original container. In addition, less than 25% of the contents must have been used. A product that has frozen or been stored in improper conditions will not be refunded. For any other type of product (non-liquid), it must be returned in its original packaging and include, if applicable, its instruction manual and any accessories included with the product upon delivery.

A 15% return fee applies based on the price paid.

Shipping costs incurred upon purchase are non-refundable. Only the price paid for the returned product will be refunded (plus applicable taxes). The choice of carrier and shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility and expense of the consumer.

The manufacturer allows 2 business days for inspection and appraisal of the returned product. The payment method for the refund will be the same as the original purchase. Credit card refunds will be processed using the same card number used for the original purchase. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 2 to 3 days. Upon request, you can receive a confirmation message.
